NOTTINGHAM (AFRICA AND THE EAST) EXHIBITION OCTOBER 1912 

This Missionary Exhibition was opened by the Lord Mayor of Nottingham on the afternoon of October 10th and closed on the 26th of the same month. It was held at the Empress Rink in King Edward Street. The season tickets were 12%p, with a daily admission charge of 5p for adults and 2%p for children.

Visitors could see exhibits from various countries, amongst which were a Persian Caravanseria, a Chinese Street, a Panorama of North-Western Canada and a Shinto Temple, Bedouins, Ugandans, Eskimos and the Japanese were all represented by their respective villages.
