It is probable that Valentine only went up to 500 and the four numbers 578 to 582 are actually 1909 post cards as none of them has been seen with a 1908 post mark and the back is one used in 1908 and 1909. Nor is the Franco-British Exhibition mentioned in the title. The card featuring the Post Office shows the structural alterations associated with 1909.
